I’m not sure they’re actually hiring because a rejection after the last round with the conclusion of ‘lacking structured communication skills’ for a position you don’t even need to have soft skills, sounds like an excuse. I will never get why these places have open roles if they don’t mean to find people and waste the time and energy of people who are actually looking for a place to work.
