Entrevista
There were a total of 3 interviews -
The first interview takes half a day with all the testing etc they do. Meet with a Consultant.
The second interview takes approximately 2 hours with the Branch Manager at the branch.
The third interview is with Senior Management and then a debrief with the Consultant that originally interviewed you.

Pregunta 1
Based on a handwriting analysis - the final interview is rife with obscure and unexpected questions. "What outlet do you use to express your creativity?" was certainly unexpected. The questions are asked in a way to try and throw you off balance and the interview was very intense.
