The process was smooth and organized up until the final round, which was the most exhausting interview process I have ever experienced. Within 24 hours I had two flights, three 1:1 interviews, and a 600+ question (not exaggerating) psychology assessment. To cram that much into such little time with essentially no time for meal breaks would be strenuous for any candidate. The final interviewer obviously did not review my resume until I was sitting in front of them and made me feel like I was wasting their time even though their recruiters were the ones who pursued me. To top it all off, they waited 2+ weeks to inform me that I did not get the role and were completely silent despite my follow ups.

My first phone interview was with someone from the talent department, my second was with my potential boss. After completing those interviews I took online personality/analytical assessment tests. After taking the test, I completed an in person interview with 5 people(separately). Lastly, I completed 4 in-person assessment tests with a psychologist. Overall, this company is thorough and ORGANIZED! I couldn’t have picked a better company to work for. While the interview process was intense, knowing that they care that much about who works beside them makes all the difference.
