I applied through an employee referral. I was contacted by a recruiter, then filled out a questionnaire and scheduled a phone interview with the recruiter. I was told they would follow up in one or two weeks to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. I never heard back and followed up via email twice but never got a response from the recruiter.
