The interview was fairly casual. I spoke with a group of managers and other developers about technical abilities and previous projects. They discussed some of the types of work they do and asked how it aligned with my interests.

Process was simple, Following are the steps:
1. Phone Interview with recruiter- Gets a call with from recruiter to discuss the opportunity, if everything goes well resume will be forwarded to HM.
2. Phone Interview with HM-

Lot of technical questions on the technologies used in the work.
Excellent, professional, and well communicated expectations and upcoming steps. Waiting room and offices were very pleasant and calming to be there. Everyone was courteous, kind and pleasant whom I interacted with throughout the process.
Platicaron sobre muchas areas de software desde redes hasta estructuras de datos, nunca especificaron ningun lenguaje de programacion, solo una herramienta que utilizaban, decian que tenia que tener disponibilidad de 24 horas al dia
