First stage was a two-part assessment: a universal cognitive aptitude test (20 minutes; 40 questions) and a personality test (untimed; 140 questions). Second stage was video recording answers to several technology-specific questions. At no point did I actually speak with a living person from Copado; hence, after careful consideration, I withdrew my application. The process was extremely fast, and all email communications were very positive.
