I submitted a resume through LinkedIn, a friend of mine asked a friend at Hautelook to refer me (which was really very nice of him), and I had a courtesy phone call interview set up. Hautelook sent me an email asking me which times I'd be available, we set a date, and did everything over the phone. It was all pretty straightforward and courteous. While I didn't get the job, it was a pleasant interview and they're very nice people.
