I was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin concerning the role, they set up the interview, the interview was held at a different location than the job was to be located, the interview was scheduled as per the time that I asked for, the interview involved talking to HR, the manager and the director.

Phone screen with HR was direct and easy. Interviewer was knowledgable about the position and able to speak to development opportunities within the company. It was a pleasant experience overall.
