It was a thorough but not daunting process. Unlike most employers, they called when they said they would. They were in touch with me. When I didn't pass my mock call with flying colors, I was given a second chance. Although an intimidating company, they are looking for people who can be themselves. Process included: Phone screen, mock sales call, in person interview, one more meeting, job offer. The whole process was about two weeks.
