The HR rep was incredibly responsive. It started with a phone interview followed by an in-person interview where I met with members of the team. I applied for a few jobs so the process in total took about 3 hours.

First there is a phone interview with the HR lady. Then they call you in their office for an interview. However, their interviews are way too focused on behavioral questions, rather than having a fluid conversation. Way too many behavioral questions and importance given to it. Seems kind of unnecessary. Interrogated too much if you answer questions in a way that is not to their liking.

Pretty straight forward. strengths, weaknesses, why I want the job. they view involvement in college as important if you don't have actual work experience, being part of clubs, leadership roles, etc.

Entrevista
I had a phone interview and then went into the office to meet with the department and HR about a week later. Overall it wasn't a hard interview. Everyone was very nice and laid back. Questions about why I chose my major, why i wanted to work for CEA and some behavioral questions about how I best work and my experiences working in groups.
