I did cleared the 1st 2 rounds with great performance (said by client) And face to face they told to meet in person, after all interview (no technical asked) they rejected me even though I was fit for the job. Such a time waste amd this is a small startup they have budget issues which they won't disclose but HR discussed this at last after all rounds were cleared, they didn't even tried ro negotiate
