      1.First initial phone interview with HR (background) 2. Two Online assessment (logical questions, math, English vocabulary) 3. interview with director of risk management (case study) 4. back to back interview with two VP (past experience and some assumptions) When talk about each project experience, be sure to prepare each detailed point. Be logical and prepare why you use this method, why you do this decision.

Case interview: Estimate the average number of airplanes landing in the U.S. in a any given day Back to Back with VP First interview 1. Tell me about yourself 2. What do you know about Genesis? 3. Past project (very detail) 4. How to deal with multiple tasks (let's assume that now you are at the situation.....) 5. There are two candidates who want to apply for a credit card, how to evaluate them? (key metrics) The second interview: 1. Do you have any questions? 2. All the past experience on the resume(Be sure to do a fully preparation) 3. Evaluate your Excel skill, SQL skill and python skill 4. What is the package you most familiar with in Python and R 5. What is your favourite course and how can you use the knowledge of course in this role?

      El proceso tomó 4 semanas. 

      Entrevista

      First an Initial 30 minute HR screening call. That was followed by two 20 minute assessments. After that was an interview with a VP of finance. Then back to back interviews with a Senior Risk analyst and a different VP of finance.

      Q: How would you create a model to distinguish approve or deny a credit card for someone? Q: How would you estimate the number of Discover Credit Cards inside of the United States? Q:Lets say you are playing Russian Roulette. In this game there are 2 bullets in a 6 chamber gun. Both bullets are right next to each other. The first time you pulled the trigger you survived. For the second round do you re-spin the chamber or do you keep going ?

      Entrevista

      Initial short informational interview with HR recruiter after which you take some assessments that determine if you move forward (easy to finish). You then have a 30-60 minute case study interview. I moved to the final round of interviews after that. It was 2 hours long. Half was another case study, and the last half was just talking experience.
