After a phone call i was invited for a job interview. The job interview was done by a nice girl and just wanted to know my experience and asked some basic questions. 2nd Interview the same. Nice people. Place looks amazing and no tricky questions of any kind. In total it took 1 week from first contact to getting an offer.

No tricky or difficult questions. Just make sure you know what the company and the job discription is about and all will be fine.

Very technical as you have technical section and English comprehension. You should have a basic PC aptitude and familiar with computer Jargin. You must be well versed in-terms of customer service terminology as well.

Entrevista
It was pretty good and entertaining. Just several questions regarding technical matters at the end, but atmosphere was pleasant and nice. Interview presented company policy and explained all the steps I’ll go through.
