after an informational phone interview with an employee, I was invited for an in-person interview, in which a small panel of interviewers asked me a series of questions in a group conversation about my qualifications/experience. When I got to the office, there was no one there to receive me for about 10 minutes. I had to wander around to find someone to let them know I was there for an interview. After the interview was over, I said my goodbyes to the interviewing team, and there was no mention of when they would get back to me. Two weeks after the in-person interview, I had to email the director myself to ask about the status of my application to get a decision.
