The interview process for Comcast is thorough. My only negative experience was the time frame from submitting an application to my first interview. My first contact was a discussion with HR going over my background and basic information about the company. I next had a phone interview with the hiring manager which lead to a second interview with my dotted line manager. The final interview was with the VP of the department via Skype.
