The hiring process included a phone interview which led to an in person interview. My first interaction was with human resources personnel who administered a test that was the first step towards an interview. I was interviewed by two supervisor in the managers office. I was offered the job the following day.

Entrevista
Usually starts with a online test to ween out the low performers, usually math based test. And then there is usually a phone interview where they ask you scenario based questions like "what would you do in this scenario" and "what situation have you been in in the past that would help you perform better as a employee with comcast"
And then if you get past that there is usually some sort of one on one or a panel interview with a couple supervisors and sometimes employees and they will ask you a series of questions and get to know you alittle better.
Usually they are looking for a tech savy person who is willing to learn and is comfortable around people and can carry on a conversation.
