I cold-called one of the managers for one job and he referred me to a different one. That manager called me within 2 weeks to set up an interview. It was a small panel interview, nothing out of the ordinary. As long as you are familiar with your program material, you would have no problem. Second panel interview about a week later. Offered the job about 2 weeks later
