      Entrevista

      While the process was undeniably quick, it left me feeling somewhat puzzled about the final outcome. Here's my experience: The interview process consisted of four rounds, including both individual and group interviews. Each round challenged me to showcase my skills and experience in the field of human resources leadership. Additionally, I had to complete a comprehensive skills and experience assessment, which added an extra layer of evaluation to the process. One notable twist in this process was the unexpected event that occurred during the hiring manager's second and final interview. The hiring manager, Chief of HR, who was initially scheduled to interview me again, went into labor, and I had to proceed with two non-hiring supervisors instead. However, my puzzlement arose when I received a phone call from the recruiter the following day. It turns out that, due to the hiring manager's unavailability, the decision was made by a team that did not include a hiring supervisor. The recruiter informed me that the team had been highly impressed with my skills and experience, as well as my performance on the assessment. This left me wondering why individuals who were not in the line of supervision of the vacant position had made the final decision, especially considering the extensive rounds of interviews and assessments I had completed.
