The process started off with Guntaas Lotay from the HR team and I got on to a call to discuss my experience and how I fit into the role. The role was followed by An Anil Kumar interviewing me for a good 30+ minutes and qualifying me for the next round. However, the interview with Sharan Nair, the CBO, was vague in a way. It was less of an interview and more of a "How effing smart are you?" question. And it lasted for 15 odd minutes. What's really sad is that a company this small did not consider getting back to me with feedback. They decided t ghost me completely. I understand things always don't work out but an automated email at the least would have been a good idea. The HR decided to ghost me and not take my calls let alone answer my text or email. All in all, a sad experience.
