All staff were friendly and welcoming, but the communications from the recruitment team were lacking; long gaps between updates and I had to constantly chase for updates, feedback and confirmation of interview dates. Interview panels seemed quite disengaged and impersonal. I had to drive the conversation in the interviews in order to cover topics I would usually expect them to ask about and want to know.

1. Meet the hiring manager. 2. Attend 3 rounds client interviews. 3. If selected, then the Hiring Manager will engaged Human Resources to work out an offer. 4. Once accepted the offer, you will be informed the onboarding date. 5. Hiring Manager will there to guide you for a smooth onboarding.
