I was attended the interview on 2021 during Covid period that time the interview process was smooth basic technical MCQ round following technical round after that manager round finally HR interaction as a formality

About the last project handled & challenge faced in last organisation
3 round of interview, 1 technical 2 technical and 3 Rd is negotiations round. Good experience, the entire process took 3 weeks. Good company to work with. Just focus on your basic of the roles that you work for
The interview was vague with a lot of empty promises. The expectations of the role were not honest. The format of the interview was very casual and not standard which would be fine but the interviewer did not seem interested in really finding the best fit for the roles.
