First round is telephonic by hiring manager
Second round is face to face by a senior manager to see over all fit. Last round is by HR for salary negotiation and date of joining confirmation

Questions were mostly related to the role I applied for. HR round was also very general one- why do you want to join CTS. HR was focused on salary negotiation.
