I attended 3 steps interview, written, oral and practical. It was interesting, the writing was basically on current affairs and IQ. Then the second was verbal with the management, and the drill was professionally on management, risk management, decision taken and when to take it. Also safety knowledge was also tested. It was bulky and interesting. Then finally the last stage was on production floor were I have to study the line for two hours and make a comprehensive report on the area of improvement.
