Simple and quick. I worked at another hotel with the front desk manager at the time and interviewed with her and the general manager. They asked me a few questions pertaining to my availability and capability of completing the job duties and then asked me to attend an employee meeting the next day. It was a simple process and there was no drug or background check which simplified the hiring process.
