I applied via LinkedIn received an introductory phone-call from the field marketing manager and was asked to interview in-person at the London offices The in-person interview was with the Global Sales Director at the time and the Chief Marketing Officer. I was quite impressed that I was interviewing with such senior level executives within the business for this type of role. They asked some tricky questions, but generally it was a slightly above average interview in terms of difficulty. I asked to meet some of the sales team in order to get a better sense of the work culture and who I would be working with. Following that conversation I could see that this would be a comfortable and enjoyable work environment. I was offered the role the next day.
