Had an initial screening call with a member of their Talent Acquisition team; got scheduled for an in-person interview with a couple members of their HR team. Morning of the in-person interview; the initial recruiter reached out and said they would need to reschedule due to one of the in-person interviewers not being in-office that day. Reached out the next day to follow-up on rescheduling, and the initial recruiter completely ghosted me. Tried reaching out a couple more times via email and phone over the next two weeks; never heard anything back. Extremely disrespectful for candidates, and their time.
