Very long and challenging but overall engaging. Virtual video interview was mainly competency based and asked for examples. Virtual assessment centre was fun and very similar to the guidance they give you so it's easier to be confident.

Entrevista
Many situational judgement tests, around 4 and take around 3 hours.
For finance stream is an additional mathematics test before assessment centre.
Overall very time consuming and perks of job/salary are not as high as private sector so weigh out if it worth your time to enter this process and commit to it. After putting in countless hours only to be rejected after assessment centre I sincerely regret applying and wastime time in applying, much longer than other schemes.

initial application followed by online assessments then interview and assessment centre and final selection. Wait for everyone to complete the stage before announcing and informing those who have been successful.
