3 rounds of interview followed by an HR discussion. Very long interview process. Takes months to respond or give the feedback. The recruiter sent an email saying that I was shortlisted and then asked my documents for offer generation. Right before releasing the offer, he said that the manager wants to have a discussion and it's not an interview round. The discussion is done and there's no update from the recruiter.
