Had two phone interviews first. Both technical, first - more a mix of finance and brainteasers, second - coding on codepad. Both are hard but completely doable if you are prepared. Final round - assessment centre in London. 4 interviews. Interviewers didn't even bother look at my resume beforehand, nor did they ask any questions about my experience. All 4 just went through the list of questions they brought with. Insanely hard, all brain teasers/stats/coding/trading. Although I made it clear that my experience in some fields is limited since I didn't work in algo trading industry yet, was asked those questions anyway. One trader that was interviewing me started laughing in my face at the answers I gave him, when I asked him to perhaps explain how my answer is wrong, he went on laughing and was extremely disrespectful throughout the process. Questions were really hard and I don't see how they are indicative of one's potential or knowledge

2 Phone Interview, then super day. the superday consisted of 3 back to back interviews 1 hour long interviews where they asked you a variety of questions ranging from probability, statistics, market questions. Wasn't very difficult but was a stamina interview

I participated the first round, which was a on-campus interview. The interviewer asked some detailed questions about my resume, then asked some questions about vol curve. And also a question about a mispriced option.
