Relatively painless, quick and easy. I remember that there where a few questions about past jobs and how they could relate to this one. The person that interviewed me is no longer there though. So I am unsure if that will effect the process.

Easy and very informal. Behavioral type questions we’re asked. A tour of the call center as well as staff introductions were made. I was offered the job the same day that I interviewed.
