WebEx audio only (no video) interview for 30 minutes with the hiring manager. He was very open to answering all of my questions about the team currently in place and where the gaps existed that he was trying to fill.

Interview process was leaded using phone, video conferences. After initial screening, other meetings are scheduled with personnel directly related with team work.
