Seems when you ask for a decent salary they make the process more complex, with additional unexpected phases.
Just the detail of making you interview for their client is weird... Am I supposed to sell myself? Is not something that relies on you?

They reached out to me via linkedin and scheduled the initial interview. It was general screening interview after which they promised feedback during a week. The interview occurred 6 months ago, but there hasn't been any feedback at all.
