I applied online and I got an email to come in about a week later for a Thursday. As a high school student, I had to miss my first class to go at 10. I got there about 15 minutes early and talked to the other applicants. There were 3 girls and 2 guys in total. They had us write our name, number and email on a paper and then called us three girls us first. She asked us to introduce ourselves and it seemed that they were just rating how bubbly our personalities were. After talking for less that five minutes, she had all of us wait to the side while she interviewed the two boys. After talking to them, she told them they'd be in touch and then came over to talk to us again and asked us if we could come in tomorrow or Saturday for a second interview with the GM and the crew, to "see if we all vibe." She gave us a piece of paper about Chipotle's ideals and culture and told us to memorize and understand it.
