Conversational. I was interviewed multiple times by many different crew members and lastly by the general manager. The process took a bit longer than normal since the two days I came in the general manager was not there so I had to keep returning to meet with him. By the time I had met with the general manager I had already talked to many crew members so my interview with him was exceptionally brief.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
