I was sent information by email to prepare for the interview. The interview took place in two stages - I was first interviewed by my Team Leader to be and another Team Leader. Once I had completed this interview, I was asked to attend a second interview with the Head of Customer Service and the Head of Customer Inbound

What I knew about Chess, what I liked about the company and the culture, what my top five goals for the year are, about my employment/customer service background, how I feel I would fit in at Chess, to describe times when I have faced challenging situations, when I have worked in a team etc.
We are keen to get good candidate sin and will always follow to two stage process to ensure we get a balanced view of any candidates.
