I applied online and after a few days, I was asked to take an online assessment. It took almost 20 minutes to complete the entire questions. This assessment has nothing to do with my job duties/responsibilities. After I submitted, I received a rejection email. If they only want to hire someone who has a certain cookie cutter personality, why cannot they add it to the job description? I do not think this will be a successfully business based on their talent acquisition practice. Do not waste your time with this company.
