The job was posted on LinkedIn with a pay range. A recruiter reached out to set up a time for an introductory call and requested available days and times. I replied but received no response so I followed up. When the recruiter replied, I was informed that they changed the required experience level of the role and the new salary would be $30-40k less than what was originally posted.
