Interview process was pretty slow, hiring manager only got back after 2 weeks to say i was shortlisted for the next round. Interview went ok but was offered an executive position which i turned down

I applied online and was contacted by HR an hour after application. The HR manager and another PoC set up an interview and even asked if they could do another one after the scheduled interview. I confirmed both, but on the day of, I joined the meeting link 5mins early and nobody joined in after! I waited for 30 minutes, but still nothing. I didn't receive any notice from the PoC beforehand, nor did I get contacted after. Very unprofessional.
