Short and to the point. The interview was straigtforward since my resume such as education and expereince was good. Mainly about my teaching style and schedule flexibility. Associate Dean, who was hiring manager, was personable.

The process was easy to manage. After applying, a member of the hiring team reached out. I scheduled a virtual interview using the scheduling system. The interview was conducted virtually via Teams with clear expectations of the role.

How do I support non-traditional students with managing time?
I first had an interview on MS Teams with the departmental head. I was then invited to an onsite interview. During the onsite interview, I was given a tour of the campus. The departmental leader that gave me the tour was very kind and welcoming.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was well organized, clearly explained, and handled with a high level of professionalism. Communication was consistent and timely, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I always knew what to expect next and felt supported throughout.
