Most importantly, all parties involved did an thorough job of describing details and expectations in a way that emphasized a welcoming culture focused on education as a collaborative effort between students, educators, and administrators. The process was also conducted in a timely, prompt, and efficient manner.

The process was easy to manage. After applying, a member of the hiring team reached out. I scheduled a virtual interview using the scheduling system. The interview was conducted virtually via Teams with clear expectations of the role.

I first had an interview on MS Teams with the departmental head. I was then invited to an onsite interview. During the onsite interview, I was given a tour of the campus. The departmental leader that gave me the tour was very kind and welcoming.
