Took almost 3 weeks from first call from Hr to get a onsite interview. Hr personnel was very knowledgeable and had complete understanding of the position she was hiring for. She kept me updated with the process at all times. All the interviewers were very knowledgeable and asked in-depth questions about the role and duties they were hiring for. First HR on call interview where she asked behavioral questions, followed by a telephone interview from the director ( Boss whom i would report to if hired) who asked briefly about my background and work performed and how it aligns with the current position. The last and final was the onsite interview with 5 people whom i will be working with directly if recruited.
