I haven't passed the interview but was delighted by the process. First, its a short question-answer interview, where you have to video record your answer. Second, it's a software called pymetrics where you enter using a link they sent you, and you kind of are playing a game. In the end, you get your complete work profile qualities, what are your main strenghts etc. I enjoyed this step a lot and had a better understanding of my work related qualities.
