I applied through the website by submitting my resume and cover letter. The next day, I received a confirmation email that my application was received and was asked to participate in a phone screening the very next day. The phone screen lasted about 30 min with some very general questions and I was invited in for an in-person interview with other team members. The interview took place at the Center and was about an hour long.
