Group interview, the owner tells you a lot about him self, family etc. Recruiters from two companies they hire for attended. One came in late and didn't introduce herself, just sat on her phone and made faces here and there. None of them were very engaging while we did group work which I found odd as you would think they really want to get to know as much as they can about you in a short space of time to make an informed decision. The other lady did talk about her company. I did not get through to the next stage and they have not given me any feedback or contacted me since however I have reflected and know what I should do for next time. I also feel this company recruit based on how you look so if you don't fit what they are looking for even if you prepared you will NOT get chosen. There's a reason why a lot of the negative reviews are very similar !
