I had a 30 min meeting with the recruiter. From there on I spoke to the FP&A manager for 45 min and then had to do a technical assessment. In the beginning the recruiter was very communicative, but then all of a sudden stopped responding. It's been 3 weeks and haven't heard anything back so I assumed they passed, but it should be common curosity to email back. Recruiters need to stop ghosting candidates especially when we are taking hours of our day to prep and to interview.
