I applied online and got an email back about it the same day. They scheduled a interview with a recruiter that asked cultural fit questions, relaaaxed. Then I had a challenge round where I had to do a presentation of a code I had done. Very chill. It is very nerve racking but expectations are low, so as long as you are self aware, curious and do your research you'll be gucci. I believe they like comments like "I did this but maybe it would've been better to do that" or "for future projects I would like to add that". Explain your train of thought and be transparent about sources. Generally I'd say it's easier than other companies since they use PQL (Celonis' SQL) so they don't expect you to be very good with one week's worth of work. Interviewers are nice to talk to

recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, case/project interview. it wasn't bad but the case/project is a really time consuming thing. so make sure to do it well in advance (when you get it) and learn their service well.
