Entrevista
First two rounds were fine, recruiter seemed very knowledgeable about the company. The third round, the hiring manager showed up five minutes late, then told me he was in his car and had to get to his computer, which took another five minutes during which he complained about the timing of the interview. The rest of the interview he acted as if he was in a hurry to get it over with, and exactly at the 30 minute mark (from when it was supposed to start), another candidate joined the call, which was a first for me obviously. Hiring manager then rushed me off the call, and when I tried to follow up I got an automatic rejection email, no further human contact. Highly unprofessional, wasted a lot of my time.

The interview process expected you breakdown and understand their extremely complicated platform to the letter, (which has around 80+ hours of training) within a week and expects the interview to be the master of it with in 5 days.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth, and the recruiter took the time to thoughtfully address all of my questions. Celonis maintained a quick response time throughout, and communication was consistently clear and transparent. I felt comfortable and well-informed at every stage of the process, and it was evident that the recruiters genuinely cared about the candidate experience.
