3 interviews: 1. HR Interview: Very welcoming experience with charming HR representatives. It might involve a couple of behavioural questions and information about previous working experience. Also there was a little 10 mins challenge involving python and SQL programming. 2. Manager-led interview: A couple of brain-teaser in order to test your thinking process. 3. Final challenge: By far the most difficult, it involved getting familiar with the EMS platform as well as coding Python in order to get business insight from a bunch of tables. The most challenging thing in my opinion was the lack of business knowledge regarding the challenge topic.

1. HR Telefoninterview (Lebenslauf und Motivation) 2. Challenge, on-site interview: man hatte etwas Zeit eine Praesentation vorzubereiten und man musste diese dann im Office in Muenchen vorstellen. Nach ca. 20 Minuten, wurden einen noch ca 1.5 Stunden Fragen zu Motivation gestellt. Ausserdem wurde sehr genau auf den Lebenslauf eingegangen. 3. Skype Gespraech zur Motivation: Das 3. Gespraech ging ca. 1h und bezog sich auf die Motivation. Warum Celonis? Warum diese Position? Wie verhaelt man sich im direkten Kontakt mit Kunden? etc.
