The best way to describe the Interview Process is Efficient. I went from initial contact from the recruiter to an offer in eight days. Within this time, I had four touch points - an initial interview with the recruiter, an interview with a peer, an case based interview, and an interview with the department head.
For comparison, I was in the final stages of the interview process with another company. It was Day 43 since initial contact when I pulled myself out of the process to accept a position at Celonis.

I was referred from a Celonaut. Had two interviews with HR staff, had a meeting with a functional leader, case study/role play, had a meeting with a peer, hiring manager. Very friendly atmosphere and a feeling of a start up scaling up.

Very structured hiring process, quick response time by HR and very proactive interactions, many room for questions during the interviews (dialogue with team members, not one directional), challenging case study but very realistic to the real work

First HR call entailed general qualifying questions to make sure I was being placed into the most suitable role.
The core part of the 2nd interview was a case study assessment. Basic e-training around Celonis EMS is provided beforehand 1 week in advance. On the day of the interview, I was given c2 hours to review the case study, build an analysis, create ppt slides to present the opportunities/business case to the interviewer. The interviewer then asked questions to ensure I had fully understood the opportunities and could explain in a clear manner. For the remaining half hour, the interviewer asked further general questions about why I wanted to join Celonis and also my experience.
Final interview was with the SVP. Mostly general questions relating to who i was, why i wanted to join Celonis, why this role. Some further questions around my CV that interested him as well.
All in all, a very smooth interview process to be a part of. I received a job offer within 3 weeks of first coming in contact with HR.
