Entrevista
Had a great interview in late September told I'd be back in contact for the in person interview a few months later. A few months later with very little warning I was told to schedule an interview in a week. After getting very little information I got some flight information ready for when I was asked to confirm. Which never came.
Given about a week in advance there were only very expensive and very inconvenient times to fly to an area near Peoria and back. I got an email out of the blue while in class saying I needed to give them all my infirmation right now in ordrr to schedule. Fully prepared for a no I asked if there was any chance we could push it back another week both so I could get back to school at a reasonable time and so that they could save the extra money for a hotel and a more expensive flight. If not fine by me I have the info ready. That was when they decided to cancel my interview after I'd gotten their information ready and started packing on short notice for them. When I asked what was going on I was told my "lack of communication" was an issue... after they blew me off for a month and decided to not give instructions until a week in advance.
Their employees seem nice and like good communicators, but their early career recruiting is in need of some serious work. If getting things scheduled in a week is tough try starting earlier maybe 2 weeks?

Some basic questions about experience with IMU's, point clouds, and control systems. Mostly being instructed on stuff and the operation of some vehicles.
